About CleanNet

Company Profile

Over the years, CleanNet Facility Services has become synonymous with quality and innovation in the commercial cleaning and property services industry. Founded in 2006, the company has undergone a constant evolution in response to the changing needs of our clients and the markets, and has matured into an industry leader for quality of service delivered and fairness in price.

CleanNet Facility Services has specialised in tailoring commercial cleaning systems and services to the requirements of many industries for over 12 years. As a result we have a wealth of experience, technical knowledge, and expertise across a broad range of industries and businesses.

Our solutions are based on basic fundamentals which are mandatory inspections of sites on a regular basis, follow up on issues in a prompt manner, deploying localised cleaners with good communication skills, and having a dedicated Account Manager as a point of contact. We place great emphasis on meeting the needs of every one of our clients and this is reflected in the loyalty of both our clients and staff over our 12 year history. CleanNet manages over 250 cleaning contracts throughout South Australia.

We currently clean a broad range of sites including large corporate & office buildings, shopping centres, gym & fitness clubs, car showrooms, medical centres, hotels, schools, childcare centres, etc. We believe the four main pillars of our business success are ethics, good staff, close supervision and a dedication to customer service.

Our business model involves utilising experienced and dedicated cleaning staff and managers who understand the industry at both a practical and technical level. This is one of the many areas that set us apart from our competitors; we apply the same exacting standards to every task we perform, regardless of size.

Our Cleaners

Our staff are the backbone of our business and represent our company as well as our clients on a daily basis. A willingness to commit themselves to consistently high quality in their work performance is an essential characteristic of each team member. Our cleaners are treated as part of the family, which is why our staff attrition rate on staff is extremely low. We believe that the best cleaners are those who see it as their chosen career, not just as a fill-in job.

To ensure you get the best result, our training procedures start from before we commence a new contract, with site familiarisation and basic induction. Once on-site cleaners are inducted into each site, we ensure they understand not only the scope of work, but also fire exits and evacuation procedures, etc.

As an equal opportunity employer, CleanNet Facility Services chooses employees on the basis of the appropriateness of their knowledge, skills and the ability to manage the tasks and equipment effectively.

Our Clients

CleanNet Facility Services enjoys the privilege of a strong and diverse client base whose prime focus is a high quality outcome.

We service clients from a broad range of industries. Some examples include public and private schools, medical centres and hospitals, retail outlets and shopping centres, commercial offices, 5 star hotels and construction sites of all dimensions.

We believe it is our in-depth understanding of our clients' needs and strict adherence to our standards of service, quality and ethical behaviour that make the difference and keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Specialist knowledge and experience across our core business of commercial cleaning enables CleanNet Facility Services to provide best possible solutions for each of our clients' unique requirements. From general cleaning through to carpet and upholstery maintenance systems, we ensure the right agents, techniques and equipment are used.

Our respect for commercial confidentiality means CleanNet Facility Services have not published a detailed client list. However, we will be pleased to provide a list of referees to assist potential clients to assess our suitability for using our services.

Quality Cleaning Process

When you have a need for cleaning, you want someone who has the experience and the knowledge to complete the business of cleaning efficiently and effectively every time. At CleanNet Facility Services, we have developed and implemented our 3 Step Integrated Cleaning Management process to ensure your total satisfaction. The 3 steps are:

  • Cleaning Checklist
  • Quality Assurance Inspection Report
  • Corrective Action Report
  • Cleaning Checklist

All staff on every job carry and use a 'Comprehensive Cleaning Checklist' specific to that job. The checklist is developed by CleanNet management to communicate the client's needs and expectations to the on-duty cleaner clearly and without ambiguity. Through this checklist we provide the link between the client and the on-duty cleaner. While every checklist is developed individually. The checklist ensures that all tasks are professionally executed and provides a method to record on which day each area was cleaned. Below is sample of one of our cleaning checklists. This list is general and we will customise your cleaning schedule to your specific requirements.

    Quality Assurance Inspection Report

The Daily Cleaning Checklist is, of course, only as good as it's implementation and we recognise that not every person is perfect for every minute. And it's with this in mind that CleanNet management implement the second part of our 3 part process. The Quality Assurance Inspection Report is used by management to review the quality of the on-duty cleaner's work, rating each individual element of work from one of four fundamental measures:

  • Excellent
  • Satisfactory
  • Requires Attention
  • Requires Urgent Attention
  • Depending on the quality of the work completed in each area we may, if necessary, issue a Corrective Action Report. Below is sample of one of our quality assurance reports. This report is general and we will customise your inspection report to suit your specific requirements.

    Corrective Action Report

The Corrective Action report provides the process for review and feedback from CleanNet management to the on-duty cleaner. If there is any area of the cleaning process that is not up to the CleanNet standard then a Corrective Action Report is provided to the cleaner with clear written instructions for correction, instruction for prevention of any future issues and also clear information regarding the implications of failure to correct these issues. Below is sample of one of our Corrective Action reports. This report is general and we will customise your report to suit your specific requirements.

    Colour Coded System

Our 3 Step Integrated Cleaning Management process is supported with our use of the Colour Coding Guide for cleaning. This Colour Coding Guide is an integral part of our cleaning processes. This guide ensures there is no cross contamination as equipment used in one area does NOT transfer germs, bugs, and other unsavourynasties to a less germ infected area. The colours and their meanings are:

  • RED Toilets & Toilet floors, Urinals.
  • YELLOW Washroom sinks, Tiles & Walls, Counters.
  • BLUE General areas, Window sills, Fixtures.
  • BLUE General areas, Window sills, Fixtures.
  • GREEN Kitchens, Canteens & Bar areas.
  • Unlike many companies CleanNet ensure that we use the 'Colour Coding Guide' for cleaning. This is an integral part of our cleaning processes, and ensures the most hygienic and thorough cleaning methods. Colour-coding is the idea of designating certain cleaning tools and processes by consistent colour schemes. Its purpose is the segregation of equipment, materials and procedures as a means of preventing cross-infection and cross-contamination in the home and the workplace. The colours used must remain consistent for their tasks, and the fewer colours used, the better. The colours and their meanings are:

  • RED - most often used in high-sanitary (high risk of spreading infection) applications or in restroom cleaning, such as with toilets and urinals.
  • YELLOW - for sinks, counters and washroom surfaces; also used for speciality cleaning (such as service counters, mirrors, gym areas and metal works).
  • BLUE - in lower risk areas of a building, such as desktops, ledges, walls & tiles, window cleaning and high and low dusting.
  • GREEN - used in food processing and food serving areas, such as kitchens & canteens, as well as bar areas.
